Plant level Quality circle convention was organized at NTPC Lara on 09th Nov 2022. A total of 7 teams from Operation, Maintenance, Chemistry, Fuel management, HR and Project group participated in the convention. AGM (TS&BE) Sh Samir Sharma welcomed the participants. The event was inaugurated by CGM Shri Diwakar Kaushik, BUH (Lara). While inaugurating, BUH Lara emphasised about the role of QC movement in problem solving and improving productivity, safety and team work in plant. He congratulated QC teams and their seniors for coming forward to lead QC movement in Lara. Team Vishisht from EMD adjudged winner by panel of judges comprising QCFI and NTPC representatives. 1st runner up was team evergreen from FM department.
